LUOA Deeplinking for Students
Student users are not able to make adjustments to their settings. However, when deeplinking directly into the profile, they were able to update settings. This has been fixed based on roles.

Error Handling:
The network error and error alert pages have been updated to include a method to try to reconnect, and if unsuccessful on the first attempt, the second attempt to try again will prompt re-authorization after clearing session data.
